No Youth Denied – Any youth may belong to the YMCA regardless of income or family situation. If you know of a youth who would like to belong, please contact the YMCA staff.

News and Information:
A new fitness class, BODYFLOW, will be demonstrated at the YMCA. Please go to the Health and Fitness page for more information.
The new group exercise schedule is up on the fitness page. Please note that the Cycle Mix class on Saturday mornings is back at 8 a.m. and the Monday class of Express Cycle has moved to 4:30 p.m.
Each Sunday beginning Sunday, May 26 through Sunday, September 1, the main building of the Fremont Family YMCA will be closed. The Hazel R. Keene Wellness Center will remain open for use by Fremont Family YMCA members only from 12:30-6 p.m.
