Beginning January 14, the YMCA is excited to announce that Charli Cotner, a CERTIFIED PRE/POSTNATAL SPECIALIST TRAINER, will be teaching Pre and Post Natal classes at the YMCA.  

Tuesday nights at 5:30pm join Charli for her BUMP N' BURN PRENATAL CLASS Are you pregnant? Do you want a good workout but aren’t sure how or where to start? Charli's class is specifically designed for pregnant mamas. This class has your whole entire body working from strength training exercises, a little bit of cardio mixed in with some core strength. Giving you everything you need to stay in shape and feel good while you’re pregnant.

On Thursday nights at 5:30pm, join Charli for her SLIM and TONE POSTPARTUM CLASS.  Are you a newly postpartum? Do you want to start getting back into a good workout routine but aren’t sure how or where to start? Charli's class is specifically designed for postpartum mamas. This class has your whole entire body working from strength training exercises, a little bit of cardio mixed in with some core strength. Giving you everything you need to get back into shape post-baby.
