GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

QUEENAX CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE Y!

QUEENAX is a funcational training system that optimizes results, intensity and fun!  Special classes have been designed to help you learn how to use this incredible system.  Classes will begin Thursday, October 24.  Classes are free to members and $12 for non-members.

INTRO TO QUEENAX:  Maximum 20 participants. (Free)
This class consists of a 15 minute tour of the Queenax. Your instructor will explain how to set-up each station on the Queenax, including the attachments that can be used to ensure proper usage for each station and provide some example exercises for each station.
Tuesdays and Thursday:   5:15am, 9:00am, 6:00pm.
Saturday’s:  9:00am.       

HIIT Queen: (ANGIE) Maximum 12 participants. 
A full body, high intensity circuit workout on the Queenax. (45 minutes)
Tuesdays:  6:30pm.
Thursdays:  9:30am.
Saturdays: 9:30am.

Tabata Queen: (IRENE) Maximum 12 participants.
This class consists of a full body workout, combining strength exercises with cardio.
Thursdays: 4:30pm – 5:30pm (starting November 7)

Queenax Bootcamp: (DEB) Maximum 12 participants. 
An all-in-one workout that wraps strength training, agility, core, and plyometrics together for one fantastic workout. This class is designed for people of all physical abilities, with modifications and alternative moves guaranteed to make you never feel left out.
Fridays: 6:30am – 7:30am.
