Full-Time Youth Sports and Wellness Director

The YMCA is hiring for a full-time director in charge of our youth sports programs and the Hazel Keene Wellness Center.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and overseeing Wellness Center Staff
  • Overseeing group fitness and coordinating the Zoom fitness classes
  • Managing our various youth sports programs. This includes but is not limited to creating teams, organizing coaches, and coordinating practices and games. 
  • Developing new classes and programs to enhance the quality of services offered by the YMCA.

Full-Time Membership and Marketing Director

We are now hiring a Full-time Membership & Marketing Director.

Job Description:
Supervise and lead the front desk staff; implement membership promotions and services; and most importantly, build relationships with members and our corporate partners. Candidates must have the ability to lead others through training and inspiration and be able to provide constructive feedback and evaluation to staff. This position also handles some of the fundraising and the annual campaign for the YMCA. 

Qualifications:

* Degree in Marketing or Management helpful, but not required. If not, two years' experience in a similar field required.
* Ability to lead others through training and inspiration and to provide constructive feedback and evaluation to staff.
* Coordinate all special promotions for membership
* Must be proficient in, or willing to learn, all Microsoft Office tools including Word, Publisher, and Excel. Must have the ability to learn new programs/software
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills. This position serves as a community leader, building collaborations based on trust and credibility, in order to advance the YMCA mission and goals.

Child Care Workers
Part-Time:  The YMCA is looking for fun, energetic people who love to work with children! Qualified applicants will undergo an extensive background check. Before/After School Bus Driver

Part-Time - 15 to 20 hours per week
Competitive pay. Free individual membership to the YMCA. Discounted pricing on Y Classes and Programming.

Housekeeping

Part-Time: Friday (6pm-9pm), Saturday (2pm-5pm) and Sunday (4pm-7pm)
Minimum wage with increase potential following completion of the probation period. Employees receive FREE individual memberships to the Y and 50% off YMCA programs, camps, and classes. 
Duties include general cleaning and sanitizing of gyms and locker rooms.
Must be over the age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED.  Qualified applicants are subject to a background check.

Lifeguard/Swim Instructor

The Dillon Family Aquatics Center is always on the lookout for quality, reliable and dedicated people to be lifeguards and swim instructors. Training is available.
