How it works:
Scan 30 Times: Participants must check in at the YMCA at least 30 times over 12 weeks (about 2–3 visits per week). This challenge is lead by our Wellness Manager, Madyson Walswick.
Accountability Meet-Ups: Once a month, we’ll host a social accountability meeting with wellness tips, encouragement, and community connection.
6:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Mingle
6:45 p.m. - 7:05 p.m. - Everyone shares personal successes and challenges
7:05 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - Share tips and encouragement
7:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Everyone shares goals for the next month
Optional Buddy System: Sign up with a friend, family member, or fellow member for extra motivation and accountability. If you don’t sign-up with anyone, there’s always the chance to be matched with another participant!
Prizes & Recognition: All participants who complete the challenge will get a T-shirt. Additional recognition may be awarded for consistency, team spirit, or progress.

Tracking Your Progress:
Each YMCA scan-in will automatically be tracked through our system.
Buddy system check-ins and attendance at accountability meetings will also be recorded.
Progress updates will be shared at monthly meetings and on our member wellness board.
