Designed for young athletes ages 7-12, this class helps kids build a strong foundation for sports performance through fun, structured training. Participants will improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and endurance while learning proper movement techniques to enhance athletic ability and reduce injury risk. Each session combines dynamic warm-ups, bodyweight and light resistance training, plyometrics, and conditioning drills—all in a supportive and high-energy environment.
