WEDNESDAY:
-Discovery Program Preview in the Hub for youth ages 9-14. Children will get to experience the Winter "Art Explorers" Program. 6:00-7:30 PM
-Summer Camp 2026 Meet & Greet in the Hub for youth ages 4-13. Children and parents will get a rundown of the fun of summer camp! 6:00-7:30 PM
-Beginner Swim Lessons in the Dillon Family Aquatic Center. Swimmers can experience short lessons in the Parent-Tot, Kinderswim and Level 1 classes, which are open for youth ages 6 months to 9 years old. 6:00-6:45 PM
-Intermediate/Advanced Swim Lessons in the Dillon Family Aquatic Center. Swimmers can experience short lessons in the Level 2, Level 3, Stroke School classes, which are open for youth ages 7 to 14 years old. 6:45-7:30 PM
THURSDAY:
-Drop-in Soccer in Sidner gyms 2 and 3 open for all ages. 6:00-7:30 PM
-Little Tykes Soccer in Sidner Gym 1 open for youth ages 3 to 5. 6:00-6:45 PM
-Little Kickers Soccer/Futsal in Sidner Gym 1 open for youth ages 6 to 14. 6:45-7:30 PM

-Family Drop-in Tennis on tennis courts 2 and 3, open to all ages. 6:00-7:30 PM

SUNDAY:
-Join us for a skills challenge from 1-3 PM! We will have basketball & baseball in Sidner Gym 1, volleyball in Sidner Gym 2, soccer/fustal in Sidner Gym 3, flag football in the Turf Room, and tennis and pickleball in the Tennis Courts.
Winter Wellness Bingo

Win big for your health by playing Winter Wellness Bingo! Try a variety of classes, find your next favorite exercise and get a chance to win some great prizes while you’re at it!
HOW TO PLAY:
YMCA BINGO from January 1-February 1.
For each ‘BINGO’ you complete (5 maximum), you’ll receive prizes! At the end, we will do a drawing to win a 4 pack of Personal Training OR a free month of membership.
1. Pick up your BINGO card at the Front Desk or from your favorite group fitness instructor or print off from the website.
2. Play BINGO and GET FIT! Have an employee mark and initial your card each time you complete an activity listed.
3. Complete 5 in a row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) to get a bingo. Complete up to 5 bingos total! Turn in your BINGO to Angie Decker or Ashley Remington to collect your prize.
4. Drop your card at the Front Desk by February 4th to be included in the grand prize drawing.
Winter Yoga Retreat

Youth Strength and Conditioning

Designed for young athletes, this class helps kids build a strong foundation for sports performance through fun, structured training. Participants will improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and endurance while learning proper movement techniques to enhance athletic ability and reduce injury risk. Each session combines dynamic warm-ups, bodyweight and light resistance training, plyometrics, and conditioning drills—all in a supportive and high-energy environment. Whether your child plays team sports or just loves to move, this class will help them perform at their best!

Indoor Triathlon at the Y

Are you looking to challenge yourself? Are you looking to train for your next race? This is the perfect opportunity to do both of those things! This indoor triathlon is a great way to test your endurance and try a triathlon in a safe environment. The race format is fixed time:
Swim: 15 minutes (laps counted)
Bike: 20 minutes (distance recorded on monitor)
Run: 20 minutes (distance counted)
Total distance accumulated = participant’s score.

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are included as part of your YMCA membership dues and are a fantastic way to mix up your exercise routines and meet new people! We encourage our members to take advantage of our wide array of classes. No pre-registration is necessary (unless you are participating via ZOOM).

Group Exercise Rules and Information - We reserve the right to cancel or change a class format. Classes are drop-in, first come, first served.
Youth Policy
- Youth must be 14 years of age or older to enter the fitness studio
Doctor's Permission - All exercise classes are strenuous in nature. Before beginning an exercise program you should consult your personal physician.
No Children Allowed in the Fitness Studio - Kidz Zone provides child care for members who are working out in the building.

Wellness Center

The Hazel R. Keene Wellness Center is a 15,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment in cardio, select weight, free weight, and express workout areas. In October 2019, the YMCA opened the cross-training area with a Queenax Functional Training system, TRX Bands, tire flip, kettlebells, powerlifting equipment, and specialized cardio equipment. The Y Wellness Center also features. . .

Everyone must complete an orientation prior to using the Wellness Center. Please call to schedule an appointment.
No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the Wellness Center.
Youth Wellness Center Policy
- Ages 10-14 with Youth Weight Training Certification can utilize the Wellness Center without a parent.
- Ages 10-14 without a Youth Weight Training Certificate may access the Wellness Center under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Youth Weight Training Certificates can be obtained by signing up for a one-time Training with one of our Personal Trainers. The fee is $25 and can be done at the front desk.
